Once standing reverse

That is one Get
Now move the bag to your left shoulder (one could start with
either shoulder) and repeat the move going the other direction,
now wist your left shoulder to the right....... and so on.
Start with at
least two Get Ups so that you have worked the muscles on both sides of you
